I have lost 10 pounds in just these first two weeks of P90X! Today I did the Ab Ripper and did 282 situps compared to my first week's of 184 - I am able to do almost 100 more situps in just one week! WOOT WOOT!!

Today was Day 11 of P90X Yoga. I didn't hate the yoga as much as usual, but I still don't like it! I have to say though, I don't think the plough position is for women (felt like I was smothering myself!)
Happy I dropped some weight!

Woke up today at 4:45 am no problem, did more on my workout today then did last week (P90X: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper), even did the bonus round and upped my heavy weights from 7.5 to 10 lbs and my lesser weights from 3 to 7.5 lbs, had my Shakeology and just feeling GREAT! Now at work.. let's hope this feeling lasts!

ok done having my pity party and ready to get back to changing me for the better!
Day 9 of P90 -Cardio X: Today I pushed myself to jump higher... last week I basically was happy if my toes lifted up but this week I actually went airborne! (ok maybe it was only an inch off the ground but still!!!)

I am soooooo frustrated and upset right now... I've lost 60 pounds, I eat healthy, exercise every day, blah blah blah blah blah... and my cholesterol still sucks.. they just called and are now upping to 80 mg which can have tons of side effects. It is so frustrating I've done all of this and it doesn't even matter... I know, I know, imagine if I hadn't done all that I've done, but still!!! Makes me want to go get a big mac with extra pickles and a large order of fries with extra salt right now!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!
