Hello everyone I am 32 years old and I have no children but I have a stomach which might lead others to think otherwise. I have just had my left knee scoped for the second time and my doctor says that if I don't get to a healthy weight my knee will not make it 10 more years.

Though my boyfriend says and shows that he likes the 40 pounds I have gained since we met I am not pleased with my body. I NEED HELP! Though I am a very determined woman and have accomplished most of my goals in my life my weight all ways has been a battle that I can not seem to conquer.

I am hoping that by joining this website I will be able to reach out for a word of encouragement from time to time and hopefully be able to lend a helpful hand.
