Struggled with my weight all my life. Fat genes on both side of the family. I was a fat baby, overweight child and teenager and am now in the obese catagory as an adult.
I had a major surgery back in February which spring boarded a weight loss. I don't want to gain any of it back AND still need to loss much more.
I need accountability but do not have the financial resources to join WW or Jenny Craig, etc. Besides, this needs to be a lifestyle change and I want to learn basic discipline without the gimmicks.
Besides the obvious desire to loss weight, I want to be a healthier person. This will be a challenge as my learned (and natural born) eating habits are terrible.
I have a phone that I can enter the food I eat into, which I hope will help keep me more aware.
