I am 44 year old mother of 3. 1 girl and 2 boys. I have been married for 17 years. I have really let myself go lately. Need to put myself on the top part of the list instead of the bottom.

WW has worked for me in the past but I haven't made that "life change"
That is what I am focusing on now. Not just a diet but a real change. I just purchased and elliptical. LOVE IT!!! It really gets my heart beat up quicker than the treadmill.

Goal is to weigh in 0nce a week and track everything that goes into my mouth. Really need to drink more water.

If there is anyone out there with similiar situation would LOVE to buddy up. They are offering WW at work.....but I've done that and already know the right steps to take. Just need the accountability and don't want to pay the $......
