I'm a 42 yr old wife and mom of two great boys, 17 & 9 yrs old. I've also been a L&D nurse for 21 yrs. I love God and traveling. We enjoy adventurous vacations with family and friends. I need to lose 25lbs to be able to keep up with my boys and their busy life. So I'm trying eat better and exercise daily! I've lost the weight before but I need to keep it off and continue to exercise daily. I so feel better when I do! I love to run and enjoy doing zumba!
