I joined Weight Watchers in March for the umpteenth time,this time I am very serious about it.I have lost 20lbs so far.I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis four years ago,so had to retire early and in the time it took to find the right drug to help me I gained 20 lbs and with not being able to walk well I got no exercise at all.I am able to walk a bit now ,not far but I`m increasing the distance a little at a time.Also am a Diabetic and my sugar is now at the normal reading for the first time since I became a Diabetic.Life is looking up!!
