I'll be 65 in April 2024. I was surprised on December 26th with a heart attack. I have been overweight for quite awhile. Now with a much cleaner diet, and much lower calories during low effort rehab, the excess weight seems to be falling away. I am looking at it as learning good habits and I anticipate getting down to 185 sometime this summer. I was roughly 230 lbs. on Christmas Eve, but I weighed in at 218.5 today, January 14. I need to maintain the momentum going forward, even if the weight comes off slower as time marches on.
