Hi there,

My name is Sandy and I live in Illinois. I am 47 yrs old and hope to reach my goal by the time I am 50. I think that gives me plenty of time.
This is the second time I started a diet.
I tried Seattle Sutton, but got tired of the foods and didn't like some of the things they gave me.
I just started Weight Watchers on my own 3 days ago and also joined a fitness center the same day.
I started gaining the weight in 2001. I was 119 lbs on 5'2 frame.
I am currently at 154 lbs in June,2007, still on the 5'2 frame.
I started menapause, suffered from depression and suffered the break up of a relationship and a death of a parent.
Looking for some nice easy smaller portion receipes since I am cooking only for myself.
