I am a 24 year old Mother of two. A 3.5 year old and a 2 month old. I have wanted to lose weight since my first child but keep thinking I would have another child. I was on weight watchers for about 2 months and lost and keep off 20 lbs but I got sick of counting points so I decided to try this plan.
