I have a job career where I spend long hours in meetings and sitting in front of the computer. Over the years I gained far too much weight and developed a lot of painful arthritis in my knees, hips, back and shoulders.

Grrrrr! I'm not gonna spend the rest of my life hunched over and hobbling around like chimpanzee. Time to get things back on track!

I'm gonna get my BMI back to healthy 22 and get my muscles back in shape to support my joints properly.

I love to cook. Ive challenged myself to re-invent all my favorite recipes to healthier and lower calorie versions. So far Ive Ive been pretty successful, some taste even better than original high calorie version.

I'm not on any special diet plan. I just try to eat a balanced diet, cut out the junk food. Watch my calories so I'm burning more than I'm taking in and trying to get some moderate exercise in.

Besides cooking, I love anime, manga, science fiction, origami, costume design, playing video games on PC, and teasing my cat!
