I am a mother of 2 & want to be healthier for my children. Before I had my children my highest weight was 170, but I still looked good & was active. I gained about 50 pounds with my first pregnancy in 2000, lost 40 of it, then I gained it all back. In 2007 I had actually got down to 160 & was looking good but have since then put all my weight back on. I know that I will never be down as small as I was at my best so I have made a realistic goal of 160.
