I'm a software developer living in Manchester UK. I've been going to slimming world as like the support, weekly encouragement, access to a decent app to record what i'm eating and also for access to good recipes. It's amazing how much you can eat on the slimming world scheme. Not done any strenuous exercise - but at least half an hour of walking each day. Intend to really use fatsecret in terms of networking with other people for encouragement and ideas.
