Years of videogaming & chomping on good ol' hearty American junk food has brought me here... mmm... burgers....

1st Goal: 145lb
2nd Goal: 135lb
3rd Goal: 125lb (ultimate goal)

Milestones:

180lb --> Peak weight (Jan. 31st, 2009)
165lb --> Starting Weight (Feb. 7th, 2010)
160lb --> Achieved on Feb. 18th
155lb --> Achieved on Apr. 11th (and many times since from yo-yo'ing)
150lb --> Achieved on Oct. 2nd (wow, those 5lb were stubborn!)
145lb --> Achieved on Nov. 23rd
140lb --> Achieved on Dec. 18th - right on time for the wedding! Yay!

125lb --> Will be achieved when pigs fly ;-)

2012 Update:

Wow, 2011 has not been kind to my waistline. I got married on Dec. 18th, 2010, and then as the cliche goes, I "let myself go". When the first 20lb went on, I realised I had to do something and got back on track and down to 155lb for the honeymoon. It was after the honeymoon that I completely discarded any healthy habits. I had a "summer of indulgence" and swore to myself I'd get back on track in September. However, my body had other plans. I injured my shoulder and ended up in physical therapy until December. I physically couldn't work out... at first. After that, my shoulder was an excuse to laze around and not exercise.

My new year's resolution was to get back on track again and was pretty shocked and saddened when I logged back into FS to see I had gained 35lb in 6 months. After all the hard work, I had let it all go...

Now, I have a renewed vigor (albeit with an underlying dread that I may do the same thing again after I reach my goal).

Here's to a new start & a new year!

2012 Milestones:

190lb --> Peak weight (Jan. 18th 2012)
180lb --> Feb 1, 2012
170lb --> Mar 29, 2012
130lb --> Goal

Fast forward 12 years.... things are not good!
Covid happened, lots of eating happened and zero exercise.
230lb --> Peak weight (Jan. 2024)

228.2lb --> Starting weight
