Hi everyone, My name is Dianna and I am a 47 year old woman who has been down this track before. Ten years ago I weighted almost 190 pounds. I joined Weight Watchers on line and lost almost 55 pounds. I have tried to live by this new life style. But the last few years I had a few set backs in life.. an accident, a failed relationship, and of course the dreaded change of life process. Now suddenly I found my weight had climbed to 157. Three weeks ago I started the program again, I have lost 6 pounds in that first 3 weeks , but as we all know the first week seems to be the highest weight loss period. Well I am here to find support and any great help and advise anyone has to offer me.
