I am 28 yrs old and have been over weight all of my life. I need to lose between 40-50 lbs. I want to be a healthier person and live a better life. I used to blame my genetics, I have hypothyroidism (which majorly slows your metabolism)and since I started my medicine I have lost 10 lbs (since Nov), but I do have to take part of the blame myself for not taking care of myself. This is a chance to carve a new me. I am in for the long haul, and will not be held back anymore!
