I had only 30 minutes to workout this morning, so I pushed myself and burned 400 calories. It felt good -- when it was over! hahaha.
85.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 7.3 kg.    남은양: 1.8 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

sometimes you have to push yourslf to get thru a workout...i often have days like that..wednesday is usually my day i have to push myslf the most..but like you said you always feel so much better after you have accomplished the workout...

I agree- your exercise commitment is inpiring. I haven't touched base with you in a while, hope you're doing well. Holidays are always hard food-wise, good idea to have some fast and hard workouts.

"inpiring"? I meant inspiring. That's what I get for typing comments in the morning while waiting for my 5 yr old to finish getting dressed for school. :)
