I saw my doctor on Wednesday & he is pleased with my progress so far. He wants me to stay on Phase 1 for a few more weeks...(the big meany! LOL) I think the only thing that I truly miss right now on Phase 1 is being able to have fruit.

How do people deal with energy levels on Phase 1? My energy is not as high as I would like it to be. Any healthy suggestions are most welcome!

your energy level is from the detox going on...once your system is cleaned out it will come back...took me about 3 weeks and i was already eating mostly healthy...

Ditto! I am in my third week now, my doc ALSO suggested a longer phase 1 for me...and all of a sudden I notice I'm doing house work until 9:00pm! That hasn't been like me in YEARS! Keep with it, you'll start noticing more and more. You can do it and I am so proud of you! Bravo! Oh, suggestion..make sure you're drinking your water, this diet recommends 8 glasses a day to be efficient. Also keep nuts and celery sticks handy so you can easily grab a bite and gulp some water. When I do that I seem to find myself being surprised that it's already lunch or dinner time! Best wishes to you!

Water! Exercise is the best energy maker, for me. Even if it's just a 10-20 min tape off stretching and breathing. Getting some good O2 in helps refresh and revive! :)

A lot of people suggest a multi vitamin. Especially while on phase 1.
