Argh. The weekend goal was to weigh less Monday than on Friday. I weigh exactly the same. At least it wasn't a net gain.

Goals for today: Eat healthy foods, not too much, no carbs, get some exercise.

83.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 7.3 kg.    남은양: 3.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 3.8 kg 증가하기

Very good goals. Staying the same is still a win in my opinion, at least you haven't gone backwards. Be mindful. Have a great week.
