I dropped a pound yesterday -- woo-hoo! I didn't have to work the plan for Valentine's dinner because my sweetie wasn't feeling well, so we canceled the dinner reservations. The upside of that was that it was a lot easier to stay on the plan.

Today's another tough one -- soccer game today which leaves me REALLY hungry and dinner with colleagues tonight at a great restaurant.

The plan for dinner tonight: I'm limiting myself to one glass of wine and no food carbs. I might have a steak...

Congrats on the drop! But I hope your sweetie feels better soon. Have a good soccer game and enjoy your steak. :) I have soccer tonight too-- it's our women's league, which is always just a ton of fun.
