Okay-had my annual physical yesterday. Other than a plugged ear, DR says I am doing great for my age. When discussing my weight he said-just make sure you eat right-get rid of the junk food and walk and don't worry about the scale. So I have started again-20 minutes on the cycle today because it is raining out. Making hubby do it too as he is the one who needs to motivate me to walk on good days and come with me. We could both loose some weight-me more than him. So I am going to really try as my stamina is way down. I know I will feel better. I just have terrible will power. Any and all encouragement from my FS community is welcome.

Getting that stamina back should be enough for you to keep working. I know it is something I appreciate you saying and I am going to make it my motto for the week. Keep up the good work and walk,walk, walk ... for life.
