Looking forward to challenge starts tonight. I know I can do this. Have been cooking this morning. Will get up on the bike today. Tomorrow I can't do my exercise until after 7pm since I am substitute teaching. Actually-maybe during prep I will just walk or use equipment in the weight room. Who knows.

Okay-had my annual physical yesterday. Other than a plugged ear, DR says I am doing great for my age. When discussing my weight he said-just make sure you eat right-get rid of the junk food and walk and don't worry about the scale. So I have started again-20 minutes on the cycle today because it is raining out. Making hubby do it too as he is the one who needs to motivate me to walk on good days and come with me. We could both loose some weight-me more than him. So I am going to really try as my stamina is way down. I know I will feel better. I just have terrible will power. Any and all encouragement from my FS community is welcome.

6 inches of snow. Husband with 13 stitches. 14 degrees this morning.

Okay my fellow blood type dieting friends. Today we start. I am O negative. I have found a list of stuff I can and cannot eat. Coffe-oh how I will miss thee. I have replaced with Peach green tea. This is hard as I have never been a tea drinker. And bread-I will look today to see if I can find some flour and recipes I am allowwed to have. And lastly not many dairy products I can have. I am willing to give it a try.
