Last week was a bad diet and fitness week. Had a business trip that was successful from a business perspective, but ate too much of the wrong food and missed 5 days of workouts. So, a four pound gain for the week.
88.0 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.0 kg.    남은양: 4.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
