Hello all!
sorry I was a no show yesterday, still feeling a little under the weather.... i didn't journal my food, mostly because there wasnt any really to speak of.
also I need to weigh in for the week, but no so sure how true of a weigh in it will be with the stomach flu, regardless I will do it later tonight.
another long day of driving.I am not working again today, Part of my sons braces came unglued, so off to the orthodontist I go! Then to pick out what color of roofing shingles I want put on my house.

Sorry your still not feeling to good, maybe weigh tomorrow morning..you don't want to weigh at night..at least I wouldn't...lol. You are usually your heaviest at night..first thing in the morning after the potty break is the best time. Good luck with your son. Have a great day. :)

I also weigh in in the mornings. I noticed i gain 2-3 lbs by evening from water and food:)
