I'm mixed up; I was 156 on Jan 12, then 154.5 on Jan 13 - today 154. I announced I was down 2 pounds but I guess only 1/2......BUT I see it as 2 pounds down in 1 week, perhaps not for the "challenge" but for me personally......
69.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.0 kg.    남은양: 6.4 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

That's good. you just should have skipped the weigh in on last sunday and you could have showed the bigger loss. hehe!! But then you would have not had one for last week. Oh well. YOu are losing and that is what is most important!!

Since that number on the scale is going down, it means you are doing a good job. Keep it up!

Good Juno; they are all well. Their mom's had them shout happy birthday to me when they called last week and it was great. First the 2 girls in Fl., then the 2 boys in New York. It was real cute...How are you doing. I have missed you on line. How's Dad and the boyfriend?????

things are ok, a lot better, except my Granddad being ill, of course. I have a few days in Spain, just me and the fella for most of it, which im really looking forward to. Glad all is well, will catch up properly soon.
