This week I had a couple of things that I normally don't eat. I had 1 small slice of pizza and my body totally didn't like it. It gave me indigestion. I made a cake and took a fork bite. So, that is the only off the plan I am on that I did this week. I did not lose 4 lbs in 3 days. I weigh in every wednesday. It just happens that I joined fatsecret in the middle of my week. So, I lost 4 lbs in a week. My weigh in's have been anywhere for .2 lb loss to 4 lb loss. Nothing higher.

in two months you have lost 34.8 pounds? that is alot of weight. The diet is in the book? It tells you how to eat or does it tell you what you can and can not have? Is this something you can do always are will you get tired of it? What I am doing the weight comes off but slowly. But still steady so let me know if you think you can stick with this for a life time or is it a diet that is hard to stick to. Good luck cant wait to see you

Yeah, I have lost that much weight in 9 weeks. I did not go off the menu they give in the book for the "diet" part. I eat the way I know I can eat. By reading that book, I now know when I eat something and if I have symptoms whether or not I should eat it again. I just had my blood work done yesterday and my cholestoral dropped 20 numbers. My good LDL went up and my bad HDL went down. So, I am eating right. My exercise is what is causing alot of weight loss along with those calcium piruvate pills the Doc told me to take with vitamin D. Anyway, let me know if you have any other questions.

I am thinking LDL is bad but I might be wrong. The bad cholestoral when down and the good went up. I don't have it in front of me, otherwise I would put the right acronym in.
