I had corned beef brisket with potatoes, carrots, onions, and boiled savoy cabbage for St. Patrick's Day supper. I remember drinking at least 3 glasses of water afterward. Ya think the brisket was a bit salty? yah....it tasted fine. I think my sudden 2 lb gain from Wed. was water retention from the salt of the supper. Will drink more water today to flush me clean again. I expect to be back to 218 by weekend. My plantar faciitis condition is feeling better slowly.... When I can walk again without pain, I will resume a walking regimen, which will help me off my "plateu" I am at for past 2 months. I am physically hindered from usual exercises. This too shall pass! I am not discouraged.
