OMG !!!!!!
I'm so, so, happy!
Sitting on the sofa with my busted ankle..crawled to the kitchen drawer to get out my tape measure as I'm bored and lonely and nearly finished 16 hour fast.

MY WAIST IS 39.5 INCHES!!
Sub 40 inches woohoo

Will do all my measurements again on 1st June , but have lost 2 inches on my waist since 1st May

Down 3 inches since 2/4/17 Last time I was sub40 was 18/7/16- 38. 5 inches!! Lowest waist measurements In last decade is 36 inches in march 2015 and sept 2015 .. so that will be my next target!! Woohoo.. never realised numbers could be so motivating! For those buddies who are struggling.. take s few mins to read back through your journals and you'll see how far you've come. No one at home has noticed my changes yet.. bit I'm so super motivated now that OH just brought in McDonald's: I had chicken mayo I gave fries away Put bun and BBQ dip back in the bag and threw them away.! Ignored the Diet Coke and had a pint of water .. Said no to the mcflurry I remembered earlier advice from fs friends to throw away the bun and it worked!! Yaaaaaaaay x

Thanks Jocko,smprowett and GrandmaGini I still can't stop grinning OH hasn't even noticed me grinning and he's sitting in the same room as me, so I'm guessing it may be a while longer before he notices my WOE and wt loss, so I guess I'll just share with you guys instead x
