I'm so happy tonight; my TOPS weigh-in was good. A loss of 1.4lbs. Happy about something else; my bust is 1" smaller, waist 2" smaller and hips 5" smaller than when I start the Mount Vernon TOPS in Sept. 22, 2017. It's not much, but it is better. From a women's size 24 to size 20. :) Here's a picture of my smiling face when I got home tonight!
