Well, only up .5 lb. after the Thanksgiving food-fest. Didn't exercise any either. Not overboard too much, except for a quart of delicious egg nog! Back to the eggs and RyKrisp crackers this morning. I ended up throwing away some leftovers yesterday because I was just sick of looking at them. So overall, not a bad week. Was off work for a few days too. Hoping to hold it steady around 160 for the remainder of the year.
