"Life is short."
3 short words but a very profound meaning that resonates with me in this journey of life.
As of right now, it is my lifestyle motto.
Meaning, life is short and there is NO time to waste being unhappy. Get your ass moving to get what you want, no you don't need that extra piece of sliced ham or a "cheat treat" a second day in a row.
But in the same breath, meaning, life is short and there is only one YOU. Love YOUR body. Love yourself because no matter how fat, unattractive, or whatever you perceive yourself now, you might really miss this version of yourself one day.
