Great News! Not only did I drop a few pounds, the pain in my hips is going away! Last week, I would have described it as debilitating...SERIOUS! Could four days of slow to moderate walking outdoors have such an impact? Light gardening, stooping, kneeling and bending and lots of fresh air? Or perhaps, all that I have eaten is protein, good fats, some greens and a fair amount of coffee has had a good effect on my system. Even my wrists and thumbs have stopped hurting!!! Halleliua! I feel almost brand new! Here's to a great week everyone!
