RDI(%)133 Fat 175.36 Carbs 223.72 NetC 204.62 Prot 117.18 Cals 2935

that's over my mark, 2880 is my total today is supposed to be my refeed day but I moved it to yesterday, today will be fast til late afternoon workout, eat up to 2160 cals and that's that! .
I weighed in today after eating all that < I ate the dinner first, (left out the 1/2 cup of rigatoni w/ground beef and 4 black olives)
then did a 2 hr show. (moving sweating, using muscles) then drank 2 shots of fire ball,1 Patron, 2 Sierra Nevada's & have not No.2'd yet.. weighed in at 174? scales broke maybe?
.drank 2 bottles of lemon water...weighed again 176. I'm going to workout now. be back later. but I ate several pounds of food and drank beers, where is it?

I've found fasting, even for partial of the day, helps me to keep the calories down. You're doing great. Trust the numbers. If drops in weight become inconsistent, then you can worry about fix it. Until then, life goes on.

NM: It does and sense this is a new journey for me I have adjusted quite a few things including my fasting, I started my fasting two weeks ago eating every other day w/2 refeed days...I now fast everyday,still do refeeds on days before heavy workout days. I really only eat maybe twice a day very late. I keep gaining muscle,strength and losing fat, I pinch less everyday I wake up. I say the two things that I have everyday that is causing the rapid body fat drops ,are these. 1tbs coconut oil blended in my 16oz black dark roasted coffee everyday when I start to get hungry usually about 3 hrs after waking or 10-12 hrs total, and 1 tbs of coconut oil right before bed. Yeah man, we both agree fasting does work though, for us lol.
