OK after being in the FS community a week or so I felt I needed to edit my opening line a bit just so everyone's cool and clear...
Hi, I have a dry sense of sarcastic humor... which may rub you wrong, sorry for you not me on that fist off, second I'm here to achieve a goal just like you ,If I make some friends along the way cool if not cool.

SHORT VERSION: I'm trying to get heroin skinny while gaining muscle...

LONGER BUT NOWHERE NEAR AS LONG AS I COULD MAKE IT VERSION:
Back in 2004/5ish I did the 6 week body make over, it is not a diet, I ate every 2.5 hours EVERYDAY more food than ever did or wanted too and worked out with these little rubber bands 18 minutes twice a week...I got down to a twig and Hellatoned! I fell off the wagon got hurt and used a lot of "bandages" to try and heal my wounds...that didn't work at all.SURPRISE!
NOW,I am trying to get that 6% to 8% total body fat while gaining muscle Brad Pit Fight Club,Marky Mark RockStar body I had BACK! It's not so much the weight goal I want to reach, it's displacing fat weight for muscle weight...I have to lose the flab to expose my ripples, they are still there... NO,REALLY!
And this is how I'm going to do it!
I? Am doing intermediate FASTING one day on, one day off, etc,etc,etc.
I need to eat (on days that I do)2160 calories: fats,30%,proteins,30% carbs,40%
YEP, CARBS 40% of my caloric intake!...? AND 2 of those days(chest days),
I have to eat 2880 calories,So add proteins and fats? NO, just ramp up carbs to cover that increased 720 carb gap... and only work out 3 times a week? Yep. :D


Bottom line is:
There is a greater science behind losing weight and gaining muscle than we are taught to believe...Believe
