weighed in Thurs morning at 214. am looking slimmer. feeling better. eating according to my newer plan, having just tweaked a few items, like Breakfast: switched TO oatmeal with berries, and Organic Blue Agave Natural Sweetener, FROM Flax Plus Cereal [Trader Joe's] and skim milk, and berries. . Somehow, I think this is the most significant reason for my slow, steady, weight loss. I wish I can explain why. . I use the Agave sweetener on anything now, in lieu of sugar, that I want to "sweeten". [I refrain from artificial sweeteners anyway.] I do not do much sweetening of foods, and sparingly use salt on select foods. . I am about to begin using the stationary bicycle in the house as my daily exercise method. I think this will increase my metabolism and get my weight loss increase a little quicker than the past 2 months has been, without exercise, due to physical limitations, which are now removed.
