what I am eating for breakfast the past four weeks: Organic Oatmeal 1/2c, 1c of water. 1/4c blueberries, 1/8c golden raisins, and for sweetener, I now have and use on everything, Organic Blue Agave Natural Sweetener (has a low glycemic index) [Trader Joe's]. yesterday, I tried out adding some fresh apple pieces to the oatmeal. was "more better"...lol
