I love Christmas,:) But I hate the weight gain!grr- What are you to do with all of the goodies? My MILaw has great plans for Christmas dinner-this includes a lot of food at the dinner time! I already got the racoons fat, now I am working on the deer's! :) LOL

I am just wondering how the rest of you are dealing with the seasonal weight gain? I need suggestions?

This may sound crazy but I make up a bunch of celery sticks, carrots and or radishes. I have them in the kitchen when I'm cooking and munch on them (plain) a lot. Then when dinner comes around I'm already half full.

I freeze everything possible to keep it out of the cupboards..I try not to wait to feel hungry. Snack on celery, lettuce wraps..cottage cheese..bring nuts with me shopping and keep myself hydrated...drinking lots of herbal teas and sparkling waters..good luck!

I freeze the goodies, and then late at night when my resistance is down, I go to the freezer and defrost the goodies in the microwave! (my midnight bingeing!) Sad but true! uhhhhh!

I am planning ahead and hope it works. I walk past baked goods and say to myself 'I used to eat that' and walk on. However, it is a really challenging time!
