hi deedee, i suffered with depression in the past all i wanted to do was eat and sleep,didn't want to talk to anyone,my doctor adviced me to start with small steps and go for walks in fresh air even just down my garden path, believe me it helped loads, little steps lead to bigger ones,my depression got me to the weight i am today, and i ain't gonna let it win, you hang on in there, and keep up the fight.
