I am a 57yr old mother of three, stepmother to two,grandmother of seven number eight on the way and will be expecting a great grandson in December, my weight has been on a roller coaster for years, tried many diets that worked at the time but as soon but the weight back on and more, due to stress, sadly my eldest sister died on Valentines day this year and my youngest sister has been told she may only have six months to live, Both sisters were diagnosed with cancer in 07 months after we lost our lovely mum, All I do eat-eat and eat, got to sort myself out.So from today I make a promise to myself to try my best and work at it, I am changing my diet to I CAN MAKE YOU THIN by Paul Mckenna and see if he can work his MAGIC ON ME
