Well, Im not sure what goes here. I am a recently divorced mother of 4. I have a slow metabolism. High blood pressure. highish cholesterol. Former type 2 diabetic, showing symptoms again. After my separation, I lost a bunch of weight, then moved, got depressed, less active and gained even more back. I make myself sick. Im not very motivated in life right now, but I am determined to drop 100 lbs in 9 months and gain back my energy and youth. After all, I do have 4 kids to keep up with.

** update! 2015- Type 2 is GONE! 130+lbs are GONE! Highish cholesterol is GONE! But... my chronic hypertension is not gone. Its apparently not a weight related issue =( I do have my energy back, and I feel very youthful again. Able to go hiking with my kids in our wonderful mountain range. Loving life!
