Completed Olympic Triathlon on Saturday. 3 Hours 10 Minutes... Not quite the Time I wanted was looking for Sub 3Hour but LOST MY SPOT in the transition Zone!.... Yikes! Slow transition time killed me.

Still trending up in weight so need to be Vigilant. Now I am doing a lot more resistance training so may be adding muscle but WILL not find any excuse, Still need to drive down to ideal BMI 168, 168, 168, 168, 168, 168 (a la Beetlejuice) Come true through visualization.
Onwards and Upwards!!!
