I cannot wait to leave the 190's...

I hope this weekend goes better than last. The only thing going on is Mother's Day. I need a survival guide for May. I have baby showers, birthday, first communion and graduation parties galore going on. Long month.

It's tough. I am trying to figure how to stay on track with workouts with all the stuff going on the next two months. We can do it!!!

Maybe think about the outfits you may want to wear and that in turn can encourage you to keep on track.
