Basically have undone all my hard work in 2023 losing and gaining the same 20 pounds. I’m now back to where I was a year ago after letting the reins go on a 2 week vacation that continued on 2 weeks later. So I put on about 10 pounds in a month and a half. I can stop this in its tracks before it gets even worse. I restarted intermittent fasting today and will keep doing that combined with the semaglutide that I took my first shot of today.
86.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 13.3 kg.    남은양: 15.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
