I've struggled with weight and eating for what feels like my entire life. My weight and the sizes in my closet have seen all ends of the spectrum...from size 2's (very short stint there) to size 16's and 18's (a longer stint that I would have liked. I am a dog mom to the cutest pup in the world and would do anything for the little stinker. I just turned 40 which is exciting and terrifying at the same time. 2024 is the year I get my life back!

Highest weight was 221 and I’ve steadily lost 30+ pounds over the last year and a half. I’m more than half way to my goal of 158 which puts me in a normal range for BMI. I’m consistently tracking my calories, doing intermittent fasting (16:8) and just starting taking Semaglutide which I think has been the key to pushing me past plateaus.
