It was exercise. Fatsecret has calories/hr and MET/hour for all kinds of activities. I am a little on the hefty side but Fatsecret allows you to put in your weight to calculate the calories per hour or MET/hr values, for me house work is 2.5 METs per hour. A gym is not the only place we exercise. you are doing good; just don't be sedentary and you will see results.
