Haven’t been tracking and have been eating a lot of mindless snacking. Not surprised the number went up. Back to doing low carb and tracking my food. Hoping to be below 180 by the end of the week and to 178 by next Friday. I’ve got to stick to the plan and not get swayed by temptation!
