It's been a strange week with 2 cancelled flights, extra driving, and more time out of town than planned. I lost a bit, but it's less than a pound so I think it doesn't really count. My weight is basically flat.

We're about to go on vacation. The good news is that there should be a lot of walking, the bad news is there will be a lot of eating out. My goal is to come back weighing 2 pounds less.

I like recording my weight every morning. It helps keep me focused, and every little reduction becomes a minor celebration. But I can't do that when I'm traveling. There is usually no scales in the hotel room, and with the inconsistency between scales, it's hard to tell what you actually weigh. I have a good digital scales at home, but it's too big to pack. Makes me wonder if there's a good light travel scales. Or perhaps I could learn to focus when traveling without a scales. hahahaha.
