Grrrrrrrr. I gained a pound. I am beginning to hate Atkins. I am following it to a "T" and it will be three weeks tomorrow. Why oh why wont the scale go down...I may have to switch to calorie counting if this doesn't work. I am just getting so frustrated
. Sad Sad Dixie. :(

If you are eating any processed foods like bacon or deli items, the sodium is extremely high and could be water weight. Are you tracking all your food?

It's hard to offer any tips if you aren't recording food. There may be some extra carbs in something that you are not aware of. Atkins still has to be aware of calories. If you go too high you still may hold on to some. Processed foods have a lot of salt, that could definitely not be helping. Plenty of water can help flush that out. When I started Atkins I had to go all the time. If you haven't lost anything in a couple weeks something is a little off.
