Woo-hoo -- reduced my weight over the weekend! That places my BMI at 24.8, just inside "normal" weight, according to who ever makes up this stuff. Five pounds to go to hit my long-term goal, and I want to achieve that by the end of March. So, if I focus and do the right things, I should be able to accomplish the goal.

This week -- more travel, this time a mix of business, friends, and family. Inevitably the reunions involve food and drink. I am renting an apartment for part of the time, so at least some of the meals I can prepare and will be healthy. The rest of the time I have to be mindful, avoid carbs, eat healthy food, not too much, and very moderate drinking. It's also going to be a bit harder to work out, but I am going to try to get 10K-15K steps in every day. The goal is to weigh less when I return. Focus!
