I got the 192 blues.

Missed a day of workouts due to house guests. I'm traveling tonight and tomorrow, so I will miss another workout, possibly two. However, I've been fairly good about sticking to the diet despite a lot of temptations.

87.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.9 kg.    남은양: 3.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

You are half way there on your weight loss chart. Life happens so don't worry about missing a few days of workout. You just have to get back to it as soon as you can. Keep up the good work!

its true, you are doing so well! a couple days of not your normal routine won't hurt you that much and your body might respond really well when you get back on track!
