dheimer, at the risk of being criticized, I suggest you get down to business and crack that plateau by doing a low calorie day (20% to 50% of what you normally eat on SBD (conforming to SBD). If you want a dramatic drop which is sure to lift your spirits (for a day at least), do a pure water fast (plenty of water). That's the way I do it anyway, there is no need to be pussyfooty around with these things. :-)
